Privacy Policy

Last updated:
Effective date: August 21, 2026
Applies to Unoyama Holdings and the website at www.unoyama.com.

Unoyama Holdings, LLC ("Unoyama Holdings", "we", "us") is a private holding company. This policy explains in plain language how we treat information. It is short because the company does little that touches anyone's personal information. It holds interests in businesses, publishes a small informational website, and offers no products or services to the public.

Overview

Unoyama Holdings is a holding company. It does not operate a public application, marketplace listing, or subscription service, and it does not maintain customer records, user accounts, or consumer profiles. There is no product through which a member of the public provides information to us.

Information reaches Unoyama Holdings in only two narrow contexts. One is the public website. The other is correspondence someone chooses to send us.

What Information We Manage

Information you send us directly. If you contact us by email or other correspondence, we receive whatever you choose to include (typically your name, your email address, and the contents of your message). Nothing is required of you, and we ask that you not send sensitive personal information.

Information related to our website. The website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, loads no external assets, and includes no analytics or trackers. Nothing is collected from visitors by us. The hosting provider may record standard server-log information (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL) as an ordinary part of delivering the pages. Those logs belong to the provider under its own privacy terms. We do not receive, request, or use them.

Ordinary business records. Like any company, Unoyama Holdings holds routine records about its personnel, advisors, vendors, and counterparties. These are contact details along with contract, corporate, and accounting records. This information comes from those relationships rather than from the public, and it is used only to run the company.

How We Use Your Information

Information here is used to do the following.

Information is never used for any of the following.

Who Can Access Your Information

Access is limited to the following people.

Information is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, marketing networks, or any party seeking it for its own purposes. We do not disclose information as part of any commercial arrangement.

How We Protect Your Information

Technical safeguards. This website is served over HTTPS. Company systems are access-controlled, and credentials are held in a password manager rather than in shared files or source control.

Organizational safeguards. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis and is reviewed when roles change. Access is revoked when it is no longer required.

Internal software. Any software Unoyama Holdings builds is for its own internal use, is run by authorized personnel on company-controlled systems, and is not distributed to or usable by anyone else. Where such software connects to a third-party service, it does so under credentials the company itself authorizes. See the End-User License Agreement.

No system is perfectly secure, and this policy does not guarantee that these measures will prevent every possible incident.

Your Privacy Rights

Our commitments. Information is retained only for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires, or for as long as legal, tax, and corporate record-keeping obligations require. It is disposed of afterwards. If you have corresponded with us and would like that correspondence deleted, tell us and we will honor the request unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how it is used. We hold very little (generally only correspondence and ordinary business records), so these requests are usually straightforward. Contact us at the address below and we will respond as applicable law requires. Nobody will be treated differently for exercising these rights.
